Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy covers the registration fee for the NPrep Nursing Olympiad 2026, collected by NPrep Edtech Private Limited ("NPrep", "we") on nationalnursingolympiad.com. Please read it before you pay.
In short: the registration fee is non-refundable once your registration is confirmed. You get your money back if you were charged twice, if money left your account but your registration was not confirmed, or if NPrep cancels the Olympiad.
1. Registration fee is non-refundable
Once your registration is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the fee is not refunded. This includes cases where you:
- change your mind or cannot attend a stage;
- miss a test, or cannot take it because of your own device, internet connection or power supply;
- do not qualify for the next stage;
- are disqualified for breaking the Terms & Conditions (for example, for unfair means or a fake registration).
2. When you will get a refund
Duplicate payment
If you were charged more than once for the same registration, we refund every extra payment in full.
Money deducted but registration not confirmed
If money left your account but the Website did not confirm your registration, the payment usually reverses to your account automatically. If it has not come back, contact us with the details below. We will check the payment with Razorpay and either confirm your registration or refund the amount in full, whichever you prefer.
Olympiad cancelled by NPrep
If NPrep cancels the Olympiad before the Qualifiers are held, every registered student gets a full refund of the registration fee, without having to ask.
3. How to ask for a refund
Write to support@nprep.in or call +91 63776 39169 with:
- your registered mobile number and name;
- the date and amount of the payment;
- the payment reference (the UPI transaction ID, UTR or Razorpay payment ID from your bank or UPI app);
- a screenshot of the payment, if you have one.
4. How and when refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the same account, card or UPI ID you paid from. We start the refund within 5–7 working days of approving it. Your bank may take a few more working days to show it in your account.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy by changing this page. The version in force on the date you paid applies to your payment.
