Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your registration for and participation in the NPrep Nursing Olympiad 2026 (the "Olympiad") and your use of this website, nationalnursingolympiad.com (the "Website"). The Olympiad is organised by NPrep Edtech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at B/76, Zone-I, Near Triveni Bhawan, Vyapar Vihar, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh – 495001, India, trading as "NPrep" ("NPrep", "we", "us", "our").
By registering, paying the registration fee or taking any stage of the Olympiad, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register. Your NPrep account is also subject to the NPrep Terms and Conditions; where the two differ on anything about the Olympiad, these Terms apply.
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and does not require a physical or digital signature.
1. Eligibility
- The Olympiad is open to nursing students and nursing aspirants in India.
- You must give true, accurate and complete details when registering (name as on your ID, mobile number, course, year or semester and college) and keep them up to date.
- If you are under 18, you may register only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian, who also agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- We may ask for proof of identity, enrolment or age at any stage, and in particular before awarding a prize. If you cannot provide it, or the details do not match, we may cancel your registration or withhold the prize.
2. Registration and fee
- You register on this Website by verifying your mobile number with a one-time password (OTP), completing your details and paying the registration fee shown on the Website at the time of payment (inclusive of applicable taxes).
- Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Your registration is confirmed only when we receive the payment and show the confirmation on the Website.
- One registration per person. A registration is personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared or resold. Duplicate or fake registrations may be cancelled without a refund.
- The fee is non-refundable except in the cases listed in our Refund Policy.
3. Format of the Olympiad
- The Olympiad has three stages: the Qualifiers, the Semi Finale and the Grand Finale. The Qualifiers are an online, proctored test. The format and venue of the later stages are announced to the students who qualify for them.
- The dates of each stage are shown on the Website. We will try to keep them, but we may change dates, timings, the number of questions, the duration or the format if needed for reasons such as technical problems, the number of participants or circumstances beyond our control. We will announce any change on the Website and, where possible, by SMS, WhatsApp, email or in-app message.
- You are responsible for a working device, a stable internet connection and any permissions (such as camera access) that the proctored test needs. We are not responsible if you cannot take a test because of a problem with your own device, network or power supply.
- Missing a stage for any reason, or not qualifying for the next stage, does not entitle you to a refund or a re-test.
4. Fair play
The Olympiad tests your own knowledge. While taking any stage you must not:
- let anyone else take the test for you, or take it for someone else;
- use books, notes, other devices, websites, AI tools or help from another person, unless the instructions for that stage allow it;
- copy, record, photograph, share or publish the questions or answers;
- interfere with the proctoring, the test platform or other participants, or try to access any part of the platform you are not meant to;
- register more than once.
The test is monitored to prevent cheating. If we reasonably believe you have broken these rules, we may disqualify you, cancel your scores, results and certificate, and withhold or recover any prize, without a refund. Our decision on fair-play matters is final.
5. Results, certificates and prizes
- Results are decided by NPrep from the scores recorded on the test platform, using the evaluation and tie-break rules announced for each stage. Results are published on the Website or the NPrep app.
- Every participant who completes the Qualifiers receives a digital participation certificate.
- The prize pool and the prizes for the top positions are as announced on the Website. Prizes are awarded to the winners of the Grand Finale after identity and eligibility checks, by bank transfer to an account in the winner's own name (or a parent's or guardian's, for a minor), within the time we announce.
- Prizes are subject to applicable taxes. Tax will be deducted at source (TDS) where the law requires it, and the winner must provide a valid PAN and any other details needed for this.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred. If a winner is disqualified or cannot complete the checks, we may award the prize to the next eligible participant.
- By taking part you agree that we may publish your name, college, photo and result if you win or are ranked, for announcing results and promoting the Olympiad.
6. Communication
By giving your mobile number (and email, if you share it) you agree that NPrep may contact you by SMS, phone call, WhatsApp, email or in-app notification about your registration, the Olympiad and NPrep's courses and offers, even if your number is registered on DND. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time; we will still send messages you need about your registration, tests and results.
7. Intellectual property
The Website, the questions, the test content, the registration kit, the certificates and the NPrep name and logo belong to NPrep or its licensors. You may use them only for taking part in the Olympiad and for your own personal study. You may not copy, sell, publish or distribute them.
8. Changes and cancellation by NPrep
We may change these Terms by updating this page; the date at the top shows the latest version. We may also postpone, change or cancel the Olympiad or any stage of it. If we cancel the Olympiad before the Qualifiers are held, we will refund the registration fee as described in our Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The Website and the Olympiad are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NPrep is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation, and our total liability to you for anything related to the Olympiad is limited to the registration fee you paid. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, the courts at Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Contact and grievances
